While embarking on a major renovation, I needed restoration of a heritage wood floor. Many refinishers wouldn't take it on. But Royal City Hardwoods did. Despite many challenges in surface conditions and leveling, Peter and his crew did a superb job.
Just as Peter promised when he started the project, "people will come into your house and say 'wow', and that's exactly what they do. It's beautiful.

Royal City also installed a nail on-top red oak hardwood floor for us, matching the existing floors and you would never know the difference.
